ABOUT ASHK.IO

ASHK.IO aims to provide users with the ability to create and interact with characters through generative artificial intelligence (AI). Users can design their own characters or engage with characters created by others.

Additionally, ASHK.IO can produce images based on text descriptions. While we make efforts to ensure the appropriateness and safety of these images, we cannot guarantee their accuracy or realism. We encourage users to use this feature responsibly.

Our core Services are free, with basic functionalities. Users may purchase additional credits to unlock extended features.

YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TOU

By agreeing to these TOU and using the Website or Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You commit to following all the provisions laid out in these TOU in good faith.
• You have never been banned or restricted from using our Website or Services.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding six (6) months. Claims must be made within one (1) year of the cause.
